I moved here because it was close to the metro and to where I work.
I thought the staff was very professional when I moved in but after being here for a year, there was a totally new staff.
The manager was kind of rude sometimes and did not know how to communicate with her staff.
I have had several maintenance problems in my apartment and they wouldn't come out when scheduled to.
The grounds area is very nice and well maintained but you can't walk on the grass in front of manager without her making a comment.
The apartment offer a lot of ammenities for your money, very quiet here, friendly neighbors, pet friendly and I feel secure.
It is a gated community which requires a electronic key fob to enter the grounds and the building and each apartment is equipped with an alarm system.
It is a short walk to the PG County Sports Complex where you get a free membership and able to use the fitness studio facilities and the swimming pool.
