The Good:
Apartments are close the Capital Blvd shopping Center, DC, and the metro. The appliances look new. The complex is kept very clean and is gated.

The Bad:
The management is very unprofessional. Some of them are borderline ghetto to me.
The area outside the gate is definitely hood.
These apartments are very small for the price. I don't understand why grown people are trying to raise kids in these small apartments either. This is no place for a school age child. Even the two bedroom is claustrophobic. You are stuck having Comcast, because these apartments don't have Verizon FIOS or balconies for satellite.

If I worked closer to Montgomery or Howard County I would choose an apartment out there over these.

"I don't understand why grown people are trying to rase kids in these small apartments either"...what a STUPID statement. People who have kids live here because they need an affordable place to live, and not everyone has the means to live in Perrywood -- did you ever think about that? And what does being "grown" have to do with anything? You should limit your comments to your own experience, and not make generalizations about other people. Especially when it's obvious that you don't know what you're talking about.

Um, whatever these apartments are indeed WAYYYY to small to be raising children in. I didn't grow up rich but my parents made sure we lived in a safe area and had a yard to play in.

We just moved in in this apartment. I cant fathom how did they get the awards that they claim. Since we moved, we constantly inform the leasing office of things for repair. I cant believe they offered the apartment for lease without checking. Last week we again requested for maintenance repair and until now we are still waiting. Calling Ivy club apartments!!!!!
