Ive lived here for 5 months now and the community itself is beautiful, very clean and kept. Ive received great customer service from the leasing office but The Ivy Club is very restricted. Although the security gate is for our safety it can be a hindrance when the call box is out of order and you have to drive up to the gate to let your guest in. Also, you MUST do front-end parking or else your car will be towed. Your guests have very limited parking because Visitors spots are sprodically placed and they do have a huge section where visitors can park but its not at all convenient. your guests will have to walk a while to get to your apt or you'll have to give them a ride around. Its just really inconvenient especially in cold weather. Its bad enough that they have visitors spots, but you have to come out to give them a pass to park in the spot. Its just too much and its not that serious. The Ivy Club has plenty of spaces for them not to limit it so much.

My experiences with Maintenance is great! Always come out when called and fixed on the first try without any fuss.

I am scheduled to move in Feb. 8th, I am transitioning because I am going through a divorce. I chose the community for the level of comfort and security; for the gated community and the controlled access to the building. My soon to be ex-husband told me that the community itself might be great but the areas outside of the gates are ghetto. What are your comments or experiences in this regard?

the area is not at all "ghetto". there's an area around on sheriff road where there are apts so there's alot of young kids but ghetto i would say not

My husband and I lived in this community for 2 years. The surrounding areas do not at all effect these apartments. We only moved because we are purchasing a home, but overall love the apts and would recommend to anyone.
