My husband and I lived their for two years. Unfortunately we had to leave because his job relocated him out of Maryland. Their staff became very rude and unprofessional when we explained we would not renew our lease. They tried to charge us additional unnecessary fees. This was quite a disappointment!This complex definitely charges more than what the place is worth BEWARE!

We had a similar experience too. The management will end up charging you fees from your deposit and you will have no recourse in the end but to receive a letter at your new address of the unexplained charges made. RENTERS BEWARE!

The same thing happened to us. We lived here for two years and in two different apartments. When we finally left, they made up a bunch of crazy charges. They charged us $50 because we had a few spots on the stove, make sure you clean your apartment top to bottom when you move out.
