My husband & I lived here for 2 years and recently moved to save for a house. We resided in building 1213. While here we had one incident with a neighbor's car being broken into. Management quickly sent out a letter to the tenants. Maintenance is quick and there are maids that clean the buildings everyday. There are no rodent problems. The only issue is the small washer/dryers. If you overload them, they make loud noises. I felt safe coming home late at night if my husband wasn't with me because there is no loitering.

When i first moved here this year these apartments were great. But now they are letting any and everyone move in. They don't run specials. They rip folks off and with the economy the way they are they are not understanding at all. You may owe $80.0 and they will take you to court so quick. They don't work with you. Then when you move out they still charge fees. Now they are charging another fee to have the brinks alarm in your apartment which was free. You have to pay all your utilities. The leasing staff and leasing manager are very hard to work with and they can be rude at times too. You are paying greenbelt prices but live in the hood. The apartments are small especailly the two bedrooms. They give you one reserved sticker for your car but you may have two cars. Never park your car on the street the neighborhood thugs will break into it or steal it. Just do your homework before you move over there. Yes it is gated but the gate stays broken half the time now anyone can come in. It seems like everyone has a dog and be careful of the dog mess too. I will not be renewing my lease. I plan to be gone by 2010 with the quickness.
