I would not recommend Kent Village. The property managers only care about your money. They do not care if the resident is happy. I had several problems with my ceiling and water leaking in my bedroom. Roaches and bugs also visit on occasion. They also claim to be 20 mins from DC and a short walk to the metro. These are bith lies. DC is at least 30 mins in rush hour and the trains station is almost 2 miles away. The rent is resonable but it is not worth the trouble.
