It is a great apartment if you are looking for a place of your own... I live here it slowly became a nightmare from hell... I had a spider problem the spiders kept getting biger & biger, then their was a black mold growing in the bedroom walls & bathroom the ceiling. I called the maintenace office for two months about the mold & then I recieved a notice saying that they we going up on my rent. Only after calling the business office I had to threaten them with legal action and not paying the rent paying the increase until the problem was fixed. And they did a poor job or repairing the wall & ceiling it looks as if I had done the repair my self. The "hotel" heating & air conditioning units are so old it is terrible, walls were paper thin if you are on the toilet you can hear the next door neighbor taking a dump.

When you enter the building kids would be playing in the hall & on the steps writing on the walls. The glass in the door has been broken not once but twice. Don?t dare loose your parking sticker your car will be TOWED & you will have to purchase a new on or park on the other side of town. REALLY -- Southern Management Could do a better job the the people that the hire to run this place. I bet if this apartment complex was in a richer neighborhood it would receive better treatment for it?s staff & residents... They have should be payed me to live here, instead of me paying them. The only good thing about Kent Village is the LOW RENT!
