At first the place did not seem that bad. I could look past the ancient motel style a/c units, or the fact that a complete stranger was checking to see if my car doors were locked (maybe he was trying to be nice). But then when in the same week different people tried to sell me drugs, sex, computer games, meat (yes! meat! who the hell sells meat in a neighborhood parking lot, and who the hell buys it!'!) I knew that I was in trouble.

To add to the screaming kids, the incessant noise of multiple ice cream trucks (are they really selling ice cream at midnight'), and the weird smell that lingered over the community, is the fact that they offer 24 hour maintenance, but they only will only in the day time.

My car getting vandalized didn't open my eyes to the horror, for some reason the gun shots did not seem to bother me, people beggin me for money and cigarettes in the parking lot was nothing, and though the homeless people sleeping on my front door unnerve me I stuck it through, the event that made me finally brake my lease and leave was the condoms, urine and feces that someone left in the front of the laundry room.

All the previous reviews are pretty accurate, I really can't explain the mold on all the window frames, and parking is a total nightmare.

basically save yourself the headaches, don't even think about moving here!
