This apartment community is really nasty because the roaches are all over. Let me tell you the truth because I live there now and is about to move. The walls are paper thin and if you touch them it makes a big hole and if you lean on them the whole wall moves (not to mention that they try to charge you for the holes. The heat is the one thing that got me the whole time i was there. i lived through this whole year with not ac or heat to my living room or bedroom because there was no air coming out and the walls are so thin that you feel like you are outside. The roaches pay rent or just living for free because they don't even run when they see you coming or turn on the light like normal roaches they contiue on with what they are doing, they even survive in the ice box. I don't eat at home and i don't have company. They sprayed once since i have been there and that was the second week i lived in the apartment. the whole house mildews in the winter or when it rains so your whole ceiling looks like you live in a crack house or something, it is so embarrassing to have company and your stuff is like that. Water is free but i see why. I must say however that the people in my building has been very friendly and nice, but i stay in their living room cause i can hear everything from there apartment. i got a new bed when i moved in, well i through it out last week becasue i refuse to take it with me. stay away!!!!!!!!!! AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO RAISE THE RENT FROM $760-795. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE WAY IT LOOKS WHEN YOU FIRST SEE IT.
