Kent Village is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, I will never recommend this place to my worst enemy.The only reason why alot of people aren't on here is because they dont know about this site.I WILL POST IT ALL OVER.The roaches are taking over and the parking sucks big time , no wonder people move in and out so fast.When we first moved here they didnt paint the place they covered up stuff that needed to be replaced and they gave us an old nasty, dirty refrigerator not to mention when I opened the fuse box and found beds and beds of roches, these have to be the oldest ac units in the world,that run your electricty up sky high.When you come out of your apartment you have to step over people sleeping in the hall ,along with sarenges,condoms, blunts fillings, and whatever else that has been left behind by people. My car has been vandolized three different times and they have the nerve to go up on your rent, they should pay you to live in this dump.The office staff is rude and they only care about your money. Be late on your rent once and you are OUT!I'm telling you that I am calling the Better Business Bereau and see what they can do,Please do yourself and your family a favor stay away , bceasue if you ever have company you wont be the only one entertaining, the roaches will help you. uuuuuuggghhh everything in my stomach just got loose thinking about my stay at Kent Village (The Third World Apartment Complex).
