I have lived here for almost two years now. The previous reveiews are on the nose. There are ALOT of middle aged parents living here and some drug activity. Parking is limited and people usually have guest at all hours. It is hard to find a parking space when you get home. The area is quite busy and yes you can get shot here or even have your tags stolen and your car vandalized. The ROACHES. LORD HELP. They act like they pay rent. You can bomb and leave out bait, but the roaches treat that as candy. The roaches go from one town house to another. The rent is reasonable, but the managment is poor. After a while you feel trapped and can?t get out. And don?t be late on your rent EVER. You will have a notice on your door the next day. They also add late fees and court cost, then to add insult to injury. They put you on restriction. You loose the option of a grace period, your rent now MUST be in on the 1ST or you get another notice. I like it at first, but that was of course before I met my neighbors and uninvited pest guest.
