I lived in Kent for a while and I haven't had any real problems. I had a leak and it was taken care of shortly after I reported it. I had roaches when I first moved in. They sent over an exterminator and I did my own extermination and everything was cool. A few months ago I was considering moving out and That idea was sweat out of me. For any single guys out that live here or are considering moving here see soft spoken leasing professional. This "PRO" fessional really goes the extra mile to make you stay or get you in their apartment or the !@#$%, if you know what I mean.
