Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I lived in the model building (where the offices are). I've seen roaches outside the building, but not in the apartment.
Make sure you pay the rent on time - the second time you don't you'll be sued.
Management often sends threatening memos to residents, but don't enforce them.
