The heating unit did not work when the weather got really cold. They have a heating unit in the wall. So it almost looks like you have an ac in the wall that suppose to fit snuggly in the hole in the wall(that leads to outside): well it does not fit so snuggly. And the paint peals too.

If you paid a security deposit, well they will keep your deposit for years (first they will claim that you still owe, then they will claim there was damage, then they will say there was never any security deposit). You can easily prove them liars tho, because they put some of their other mistakes in writing.

If you act like you going to complain with the help of other tenants, you are going to get notice to get out, and yes they play very dirty. But still you will not get your security deposit back: you have to sue for that. And reliation is supposed to be illegal, but they are so good at it.

Southern Management is evil, very evil. I'm not joking at all.
