I lived at Kent Village from 2002-2005 and I dont see any roaches. My only problem was the apartments was very small and the a/c and heating system sucks. The management at that time was very helpful because I just lef roach and mice infested Kings Square and had to break the lease but Kent Village worked with me. I have seen it worst with the outside activities when they was always on the news and some peaceful group (i forgot their name but thet were the ones who stood at the gas pumps when the sniper was loose) that group cleaned Kent Village up before I got there. I hope it changes back to weeding out the losers because the property is very well kept and convenient to the metro. They are building homes just down the street across from Jimmy liquors..i hope they straighten up before those builders try to by or push them out
