ive been here for 4 years now maybe a little bit more... my experience has generally been positive... i guess it depends on which area of the KV apts you live in..

i did have some problems with my car being towed mistakely but lucky for me.. i was able to argue that i HAD the tags in my car.. and the office paid for the towing costs.. car was broken in once.. some rental issues like errors on the rental office's part..
but they stay on TOP of things for me. and im pleased so far.
