As right of now, I am near to end of my lease at there. At first, everything was nice from maintence (they did fanastic job!) to staff. Unfortantely everything went down after few months. Kitchen and bathroom constantly get clogged. I had to call maintence once every month to fix damn pipe line in kitchen and bathroom.
Roaches' I have no problem because I always keep my place VERY CLEAN!
Inside the apartment, everything is fine. I have no problem inside the apt. However, outside of apartment is entirely different story.
My car got towed WHEN my park sticker was visible on the dashboard and I was forced to pay 200 bucks. (dirty business eh') My roomates' car window was smashed by something. And there were a lot of cars with broken window in our area.
LASTLY, my roommate GOT ROBBED front of our apt around 7pm. Lucky, he was ok but he lost his wallet. This was my final straw because I am tired of worrying about my security everytime i arrive home.
No offense to ------ - just that they need to learn how to respect other people and keep environment clean. Dont blame government or other races instead focus on what you can do is -- keep yourself civilized and clean!
