The apartment complex itself is just fair. People pay alot of money to live in worse and more confined conditions in DC! Parking is limited, but so real estate.

I have had a horrendous experience with the management. Especially the person in charge of residential affairs. His name is Amit! Every other month somehow, my rent is credited to another apt. And every month somehow, they make this mistake and quietly fix the mistake after I raise hell for them. My advice to you as a prospective tenant is simple. Move on to another complex, and save yourself the inexperience of the people who manage this place.
