First off the apartments smell like smoke all the time due to people in the hallways smoking all the time and smoking drugs. Second the people in the community are some of the most "trifling" individuals I have even been around, it is mainly the "bleep" kids. People hang on the corners all night and crime is out of control. They just contracted for a new police force in the area but it is only one car that drives around, they have guns but so does everyone else. Third, do not expect hot water in the morning. Kent Village is famous for not having hot water in the morning, I have taken too many hot showers since I have been there for a year and it sucks. Fourth, the walls are so thin and you can't hang anything like shades cause the walls are so messed. There is one problem after the next here and really the majority of the problem are the "bleep" kids in the neighborhood and there is much gang activity there. I am moving and I strongly recommend that if you are a woman do not move here I am a man and I can't stand to be around trifling individuals that Kent Village has. Oh...the management is even worse.

STOP BEING A SUCKER!! YOU SOUND LIKE A STUCK UP FMEALE ALL YOU KEEP CRYING ABOUT IS THE KIDS!! Just because you see a group fo kids together you assume it's gang related..They have kids in Mitcheville and other wealthy areas who kids are far worst..and to top it off its the half grown azz men!! This day and age you better carry a gun because people are crazy On a respectful note: Why don't you transfer to the townhomes where you won't smell any smoke then you will have your own backyard..your own space..do some painting and chill until you purchase a home.I live in Kent Village and i guess it depends on the unit size and location of the property and I will say I recently lived in Laurel in some $1500 so called luxury apartments and everything form the outside to the inside of the property was OUTDATED AND OLD..you dont see any kids running around but take a walk to the mall you will see all cultures of kids in clicks...

YOU BOTH MAKE VALID POINTS..A LITTLE HARSH BUT ALL SO TRUE..I USE TO LIVE IN KV AND THOUGHT OF RETURNING THIS SUMMER BUT FROM MANY RESEARCHES AND DRIVE BYS I DECIDED IT'S A NO GO
