Been here 14 years July 4th and I have been pleased for the majority of the time. Whenever I 've needed maintenance work done, it's been done with speed and efficiency. The staff in the office are for the most part,are polite and helpful. My one complaint would be the rules for parking. For the tenants who don't own automobiles, you are only allowed one permit for guest and are charged $50 if you lose it. I think that's a bit much. Also, I think you should be allowed atleast two permits per household. Other than that, I am pleased as punch............
