BEWARE: You may have to pay for roaches to live w/you! After 7 yrs, i was indirectly informed by Evelyn that my lease wasnt going to be renewed (I was cool with that-too many late payments), I decided it was time to move. Since 8/14/06-I had received a total of nearly 5 notices on my door-and I hadnt moved yet;well I found out recently that Kent Village filed a judgement against me (against the law) without serving me notice to vacate-Mind you I submitted to the manager on 8/1/06 a 30day notice to move (he signed it). Goodthing I listened to a friend & daughter & moved sooner-they planned to evict me! Did I mention to you that i lived in that same apt for 3 yrs w/roaches-but who cares bout that, as long as the rent is paid-right'Security sucks-
