I have been living in kent village for only 9 months and it is okay. The staff there can be rude but for the most part they are nice. The area is not one I would raise my family in so if this is your first apartment then you will be fine if not then i would recommend you look elswhere. There is a problem with them breaking into cars, the police/security sit outside in the daytime when night comes they are nowhere to be found.
