Don't move to Kent Village unless you're desperate like I was.. Management is awful, the grounds are always not well kept, too many issues with upstair neighbors..

Just too tired of the drama.. Will be moving out between June and July of 2007. I do not want to pull my sons out of school just yet..

I do not recommended moving to Kent Village unless you're looking to get some bills paid off like I did..

Cannot wait to move from that hellhole!! What a joke and so is the new management.. The old management was pretty good. The majority of the old management of the folks from the rental office either has quit, or moved on to bigger and better things and I don't blame them.

Kids in the area are too ghetto fabalous and so are some of the parents.. Not all, but some!! You know who you are !!!!

Whoever is reading this, please take my advice and the advice of others, Kent Village is not the place to be.. If You can do better, please do so...
