From your review, I can tell that you are not satisfied with living at KV, however, I would be interested in knowing if you displeasure includes the fact that the property has "provided you with unwelcomed pets/pests"' I, at this point, am undecided whether to continue looking for a new home, or to consider KV and just hope that I won't have much dealings with the management/maintainence staff.

Well I used to live in KV in 1998. I was only 15 years old at the time. The inside of the apartments were not bad. We didn't have any problems with roaches or mice. The only problem was the bad chldren that tore up the property. We lived on Virginia Ave and it was off the hook. If you like crack heads loitering in the laundry room and bad kids setting everything in site on fire ( Dumpsters and bushes) then KV is for you.
