I found that the townhouses with their fenced in backyard, CAC, gas heat and big, big windows to be extremely affordable. The master bedroom is LARGE which is nice.
I would highly recommend Kent Village to someone.
Kent Village has a management problem, however - especially when they are in the wrong.
Maintenance is usually quick, but you must insist on receipts. Just this week my water heater hose blew and flooded the front of my living room. They left no documentation of their visit and repair so I had to go to the office and demand one (so they don't try to take the money out of my deposit).
Most of the section managers are great. However, the Head and Assistant manager are completely incompetent.

I lived in Kent Village from 2006-2007. I wasent a bad place and the rent was was very good for the area. The problem was at the end it seemed that they got different management and problems started. The pool didnt open untill the middle of June and it would be pad locked durning the day it would be closed. On the weekends people were climbing over the fence when it was 90 degrees to get in beacuse they never opned the lock. Management wouldnt return phone calls either.
