Given these factors of 1) Neighbors, 2) Surrounding Community, 3) Geographic Location 4) Cost of Living/ Rent, Kent Village Apartments and Townhomes is a decent bang for the buck.
Consider that you have a decent-looking property, where maintenance of the property is fairly regular - they garden consistently - there is a level of professionalism in place at the management company, they have made efforts to implement community-building measures such as a newsletter, online communication, and occasional community events, and you realize that it could be a lot worse. They implemented security efforts - not comprehensive by any means, but they are taking some steps - and regularly send out notices advising residents of various safety measure to take, among other notices. If you just can't afford the $1000 lifestyle, and you don't mind rubbing shoulders a little bit with questionable "elements," you'll be okay at Kent Vllg.
