I am from a small town and not use to alot of roughness but this complex wasn't to bad. We had some issues from time to time but the office handle them in a proper manner. The kitchen area was real small but the rest of the apartment was a nice size. I saw some roaches but once my neightbor moved I didn't see anymore. The only reason we moved was because of the raising of the rent was real crazy. The laundry room could have been closer but they have plenty of washers and dryers.

It's likely to believe this area is in Landover. I would like a second opinion.

I have to agree with warfieldam19. I lived in Kentland for almost 3 years and moved to a nicer community (higher rent). But I'm looking to go back to Kentland. It had it's issues but the rent is definitely affordable. Plus the grounds were kept up and maintenance responded in a VERY timely fashion. It wasn't really a bad area. I think the only issue is with the Courtesy Officers. No matter what they were always right. They would call the tenants into the office for a meeting and tell you what the officers said but wouldn't give you the opportunity to speak. WE the tenants and WE pay rent. You go figure why is it that the officers couldn't be in on those meetings so we could resolve the issues. You had one that would definitely harass the kids. Complain to the rental office and they would just tell you "There only doing there job"
