Not Worth It....Don't Do It To Your Self

I moved in Kings Square Apartments in 2003..The price range was affordable at the time but the headaches started immediately... This area have a major drug problem, trash pickup problem, roach infested, mice and rat infested but the rental office is moderate professional....One day I came home from working a 16 hour shift and went to my mailbox, I NOTICED there was crime scene tape blocking the mailbox and stairwells..Some drug dealers tolds me that I couldn't go in my mailbox because all of them have been subleased by them... I told them if they don't move the ---- out my way I will mace their ass... Guess what, I got my mail!!!!! The apartments have holes in the walls and the mice comes thru your stove and holes in the cabinet. they aren't scared to come out in the daytime to watch TV with you. I think they take Section * also.... All off my neighbors were young and had alot of kids they had drug dealers for boyfriends and weed field the complex from the front to the back.. Kids throw trash every where. At least 9 people a month are getting put out... My apartment had gotton robbed once and management told me that I should have gotten renters insurance which I now have.. The plus side to this story is that all utilities are included but my security deposit was hell (2 months rent)..Winter time is pure hell, the hole complex is icy and is never cleaned.
