Maintenance is generally pretty receptive. I have lived her for 5 years and most of my repairs have been fixed the same day. The apartments are spacious.

Yes there are plenty of children ripping throug the area but if you notify management they will make an effort to remediate the situation by giving 30 day notice warnings to the parents. Yes there are people assmebling on the property that may be crack addicts but I do not associate with them so I am not sure. I do know the police will take prompt action if someone is loitering in your area if you call.

It is GHETTO that is why I moving but if you have had a credit problems or need to regroup it is okay. I have never been robbed (apartment) nor had my car broken into on this property and I have heard hooror tales in more expensive complexes. You don't hear about the robberies that you hear about in places like Springfield Lake that charge a little more.

Advice: get a patio unit you will not have to deal with the children and adults that assemble in the front of units at times.

GHETT, but I have not heard of anyone being robbed on the property or attacked. I have heard of several people murdered by the people they were staying with. A woman stabbed her boyfriend to death a girl killed her father. You do not hear about the robberies and things that plague areas like Silver Springs.

NO section 8 or income based units. They probably will take a voucher, most places do it is money guaranteed rom the the govenmentment. Income based -- not

Well, the year and a half that I was there. A guy (drug dealer who didn't even live in KS) was shot and killed less than 25 ft from my children's bedrooms. My husband was shot at by someone who had a sawed off shot gun they ran through the neighborhood (right past fat ass security)and hid in someone's apartment til the next day. and the kids would set the dumpsters on fire weekly! Kings Square is the lowest of the low and I lived there because I was laid off and having financial difficulties. When I lived there they had ONE maintenance man who was not even qualified to fix everything. I suggest that the residents do what I did, deliver the caught mice to the rental office daily until they do something about it! IT's not only GHETTO, DANGEROUS and not and PLACE TO RAISE CHILDREN. IT IS RAN BY WHITE SLUM LORDS WHO CONTINUE TO INCREASE THEIR WEALTH AND PUT NOTHING BACK INTO THE PROPERTY! The people from other neighborhoods would gather EVERY NIGHT, smoke weed, fight and be loud from 12 midnight til 4 in the morning.
