What ever you do do not move into these apartments. I have only been here for six months and it is the worst. They get you with the all utilities included, and anyone is approved they approved me before I even told them what my income was so that just can give you an idea of who lives in these roach and rat motels. Speaking of bugs when I first moved here there was a red mark on the floor and they told me it was probably nail polish or maybe where somone left meat seating but it had a awful smell to it, come to find out the smell was from dead mice in the walls. I just got married last month and we caught 19 that right 19 mice in my apartment on we found in the closet in the box with my wedding dress dead the blood from the thing is all on my dress. Still want to move here' How about my son was taking a shower the other day and a big cockroach jumped down in the tub with him from off the top of the shower rack. When you call the office nobody knows anything. They have a hundred list that they put you on but nothing ever gets done the owners do not return phone calls and the maintenance dont speek english. When you come home look forward to a whole crowd of people standing in front of your building smoking weed gamblin cursin and playin football kids sit on your cars and when you are driving they do not move out of your way they just continue playin or whatever it is that they are doing. There are shootings on the regular bases security is scared of the residents so they dont do anything. I am lookin for me another place as we speek so please save yourself the headache and DO NOT MOVE HEAR. Oh and when you first move in they say no pit bulls, that is the only dog you see on the property and people here have never heard of poop and scoop so there is dog sh** everywhere.

I completely agree with you. I lived there for a little over a year. I just moved into a new apartment and it is so much better! We had a problem with the water bugs (those HUGE roaches). We have big, hairy spiders and a million centipedes. The people hang out all night, there is no parking, and, like you said, the maintenance people do not speak English. You can't tell them what's wrong, and the main office refuses to speak to you, saying you have to speak to the maintenance worker! Also, recently my husband was chased by a pit bull. Luckily, he was able to jump in his car and the dog went away. But suppose that was one of my kids????? I called the office, they said they would handle it. That was months ago, and there are still pit bulls in the area. This place is nasty and loud. I would not recommend it to anyone. Go ahead and pay utilities - it will be well worth it
