Before moving into Kings Square I read the reviews and was hesitant but it really isn't too bad. The insect problem isn't bad; I ve been living there for about a month now and can count on one hand how many times I ve seen a roach or other type of insect. Keep your apartment clean and they won't have any reason to be in there!!! The rooms are really big and the rent is reasonable for the size rooms and all utilities included. I live in the middle part of the complex and it's really pretty quiet. The front of the property by the rental office has a lot of people hanging outside most of the night but other than there I haven't seen anything to bad. I do recommend that if you have a lower level apartment you ask if the apartment above you has carpet because I live below a house full of kids and I hear them running around and wrestling all night!!! It's like they have a heard of buffalo living in the apartment. The kitchens aren't to spacious but they serve their purpose.

i agree, my first two yrs was great but then they start charging more in rent the longer you live there and you see no change and then things start to get worse as the yrs go on. i lived there for 4yrs and in that time my rent went from 735.00 to 1100.00 and in that time i have had 99 problems and no upgrades
