Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
I have been parking on the street for such a long time. Some tenants have two and three cars parked on the lot. I suggested to the rental office that they distribute parking passes to all leaseholders who has a vehicle. Broken down vehicle that have been parked in spaces for weeks and has not been moved. They have yet to comply. I have had a mice problem every since I have been at Kings Square. I even went out and bought glue traps because the rental office was out of them, sealed holes around the baseboards. I have no roaches, but I see creepy crawlers with all those legs crawling up and down the walls. Some of the floors shakes when we walk, rotten floors, cheap cabinets. It's just cheap all around. Why patch when you can fix up right and get more for the money. It's really not a bad place to live at this price, but the noise is something else. The sound of the tenants above me sounds as if they are in my apartment. I have been complaining to the rental office for five years and nothing has been done. If the rental office had staff who cares about the tenants the will work with the one who pay their rent on time. I guess they don't care because they don't have to live here, as long as they get their rent monies. I have two more years here and someone else will have to deal with the noise because I am tired fighting.
