A BIG MISTAKE

The apartment complex should have been on the list from the County Executives Office to be shut down. They do not care about the property or the tenents. I have been asking for things to be done every since. Now it has been two months since I moved there and I asked for my baseboards thru the whole apartment be sealed because I was seeing strange bugs. November 16th my grandson show a baby snake in the apartment, I called the office to speak to the manager, of course she was not there so I had to deal with another person, this person tried to help, but I feel like she really did not know all procedures for a problem like this, so she sends a maintenance person to the apartment and he seals the front door up and gives us some kind of long metal thing to catch the snake with, so I call back to the rental office about 4:58 and one of the ladies told me they will deal with it Monday beacuse it was time for them to leave for the weekend. I go to explain to her that I have a 1 and 2 year old living there and that is was not safe, well she did not care she just wanted to go home so after words back and forth she put me on hold and guess what she hung up on me and them I called back to only get the answering machine. They are very unprofessional and the property is terrible and drug invested, I would not recommend those apartments to anyone.
