Nasty! And not t he spot for a family. Drugs and guns everywhere. Big apartments, cheap rate, BAD BUSINESS.

Thats funny, I have been here since December of 2005 and have not heard a single gunshot and have seen the drugs fade away thanks to new management. All of my neighbors have shown appreciation for the positive changes and we usually have a community bbq every few months so new tenants can meet each other. For the people who are making all of these untrue comments, you were probably evicted because you either caused trouble or were too broke to pay the rent

i enjoyed it at KING SQUARE APTS. i lived there for 7 years and had a blast. the rental office staff was so professional. but they are probably gone by now(1992-1998). i say give them a try. no neighborhood is a perfect neighborhood. just stay to yourself and dont be the one to draw attention to yourself.

Evicted? Not hardly. I pay 3x's the rent of a three bedroom for the mortgage on my 3300 sq ft home. Some things are not for everyone. Kings Square is not for us.
