My husband and I have lived in these apartments twice. I like the community, maintenance was better the first time we lived there(2000). When my husband was called away to duty we moved. When he came back home...we decided to go were had a good experience.
The size is okay, and I have NEVER had a problem w/vandelism, noise, or pests.
The leasing office at times can be strict, but you have to keep a tight ship in order to keep up your community.
The grounds are kept up, there is an on-site day care center which is REALLY convenient. I had a pleasant experience both times, and never felt unsafe at ANY time in our community.
The one dislike, THE STADIUM - FED EX FIELD. But that has nothing to do with the community.
