This is my first apartment without roaches, yay! We do have crickets, but they're good luck. There is an abundance of green space for my children to play in, and there are plenty of other children for them to play with.

The rent is way too high for these apartments not to have dishwashers, though. And for certain sections (near the rental office in particular) you have to walk a good ways to get from your car to your home. The maintenance staff is somewhat less than professional, and there is no wading pool for the babies.

The apartments are nicely sized and the neighbors are cool. As long as you don't mess with anyone, you won't have any problems. Also, with FedEx field being so close, trying to get around the neighborhood on game day is hellaciously bad, so be aware.

Overall, pretty good place. Best thing about it being that there are no roaches. At least not in my building.
