I have to agree with others that have rated this apartment. It has been a bad experience. When I moved here it was spring time so there wasn't a need for air or heat. When the summer came, I found out that the air conditioner wasn't working properly. It had a mind of its own. One day it would work the next it would stop by itself. I complained to the rental office a million times they told me unless it stops completely they would not fix it. Due to this I was rushed to the hospital for dehydration. Until this day they haven't fixed the air. When the winter came around it was a draft coming from the windows. The draft was so forceful that the blinds would move. I called the rental office they told me to that couldn't do anything about it and to put plastic up or I would freeze. I was really misled by the rental office about the utilities. Due to the poor installation my electric and gas bill ranged from 200 to 300 dollars in the winter and summer. If it was the summer my electric was extremely high or if it was the winter the gas was extremely high. Kay Management doesnât care about their tenants. I have even called the home office and I havenât got any assistance with these problems. Like a previous reviewer be able to fix things on your own and yes you would need a lawyer. I wish I would have found this website before I moved here because I would have ran. It looks nice and very spacious but it is not worth the discount on the rent or the space.
