I had little to no problems...

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I moved in Landsdowne in 7/03 and I didnt really have too many problems..just a few..the heat in the winter time was very hight..upwards of $200..and cars were constantly being broke into. I did live on the side pretty close to the rental office ..I would not move on the far side.
