I moved to Lansdowne in May of 2004. I live straight down from the rental office. I have not had any problems at all. The staff is a little unfriendly at times. Depend on who you're dealing with. And one particular maintenance man is just as dumb as a bucket of rocks. But they do try to keep the grounds clean, and I haven't had any problems with neighbors or loud noise,and I live close to the play ground. All in all I would definitely recommend it.
