I have lived at Lansdowne Village for 8 months now and I love it. The neighbors are friendly and they look out for each other. The staff in my opinion is wonderful and very helpful and also patient. I feel right at home. They know all of their tenants by name. They recently had an Apprecation Cookout for the tenants and it was wonderful. They gave awards out to different neighbors and provided alot of activities for the young and the old. Since I lived at Lansdowne I have never seen a roach. It all depends on you and your neighbors. They also provide service for your pest problems if you may have them. They keep the landscape up. Here at Lansdowne you don't see alot of people hangin out all times of the night, making alot of noise. It is peaceful. I really don't have nothing bad to say. It's a wonderful community. Last but not least we have "Apartment Watch". I would recommend Lansdowne to whomever.
