Hello...I am very interested in living here and would like to know typically how much is the gas bill every month. I would like to hear this straight from residents who currently reside here as I am fully aware that you must pay your own electric and gas. Thanks and have a blessed day!

The gas bill is only high in the winter months. When it starts getting hot it goes down. The bill a month for the summer was like 15 to 20 dollars a month. In the winter it was like close to a 100 dollars a month. It all depends on how often you turn the heat up and down.
