I can not wait to move. Lansdowne Village apartments is a disappointment. I thought it would be okay, but from the day after I signed my lease I've had issues. The rental office staff are very rude, and disrespectful. The property is not upkept and rodents are ridiculous. Management always wants their money on the 1st of the month and does not hesitate to call you on the 2nd of the month to remind you, but when you need something or simply have a question, phone calls are never returned. There are only 2 washers and dryers for every 2 buildings, washing clothes is a nightmare. Out of all the apartments in Landover I thought this would be a great spot, however after I've done my research their are at least 3 apartment complexes in landover that have 80% or better satisfaction on apt ratings. I wish I would have known about this site and did my research before I actually signed a lease.
