Can I get an HONEST and UNBIASED opinion from current residents; especially from a female prospective on Lansdowne Village (Preferably tenants living at the complex within the last year or two; or the past 5 to 8 months)' Times are hard, especially if your a renter in PG county. I'm not seeking petty or personal complaints abt the complex, especially if you still reside there bc in a way that's telling me and other viewers of this site that the complex isn't as bad as you state. I'm seeking more informational concerns like the location, safety, reliable, and rent. Thanks to all that reply...I truly appreciate it.

Ive been at Lansdowne for a few months and all I can say is that it is one of PG Counties best kept secrets (no neighborhood is perfect but this one is a good look). The neighborhood is nice , the neighbors are nice, and the best thing I like is that there is NOT a lot of people hanging around at night

I have been living here for the past three months and I love it...coming from an apartment community in Suitland Lansdowne is a blessing...my building is quiet, no bugs, professional management staff and any small issues I have had have been taken care of immediately. So far, so good

I went to check this property out this week. Through my inquiries of amenities, I was told that they provided trash pick up. All your utilities (WATER, GAS and ELECTRIC) are paid for by the tenant. WTF...water???? Are you kidding me?? I was told that they are making tenants pay for water to stay competitive with the area housing. I was taken aback, for water is usually a given!!!!!

Hello, I currently live here and while it has its perks like large spacious apartments, clean well kept buildings etc there are some drawbacks such as teenagers loitering, apt/car break-ins and hearing every sound your neighbors make. It is OK its a place for me and my little ones to lay our heads and it is affordable to my pocketbook. However, I don't think making statements about ones experiences are petty if it affects that person in a negative way. Just because I still live here does not mean anything its not that bad it just means I cannot afford to move to a better apartment complex at this point and time.
