I moved to landsdowne 2months ago.So far so good.there are some kids, some teenagers but there is not alot of people hanging around it is a descent complex to be located in landover.i live on the 1st floor so i can hear people walking occasionally.no bugs**.i am comfortable with my move but i do plan to move somewhere better when my lease is up.oh and i dont reccommend living on the bottom floor i hear the kids climb through the bedroom windows....
