Landsdowne Village is a place I have called home for almost a year. I have looked at other properties and none of them offer more than we have at Landsdowne. I have never seen any rodents,roaches or waterbugs, the neighbors are very quiet and we have initiated a neighborhood watch. The management staff is very courteous and understanding. The grounds are well kept. Garbage is picked up 3 days per week so you very seldom see an overflowing trash reciptical. The mailboxes are inside the buildings, along with the laundry room. The pool is in the back of the property so it is private. I do know of a few crime instances but I have never heard gunshots or seen people running through the grounds at night. Kid friendly and the price is right.I recommend this property.

I move here Febuary 1,2009. So far so good. As a single woman who just relocated here from NC safety confrontablity and price was important to me. I would recommand this place espically if you are just starting a new begining
