I have live here since Febuary 09. I am a single woman and I have not had any problems. I only have had pleasant experience with the staff. The staff has always been friendly and professional. I have not seen any roaches or mice (thank god) but all in all I would recomend this place

I am not going to say "do not move here". But I will tell you the truth and let you be the judge. I have lived here since 2004. My biggest problem is the staff: they are rude, unprofessional, and just down right rude. I love the apartment. No roaches. The do have this jumping bug that the say is a cross between a cricket and a spider; big ugly creature. As for safety: well no place is perfect, they have had some car stealing, and I think someone got mugged, but I haven't had any problems at all in my area since I moved there, except my sons car was broken in to, but when these things happen - management will send out a notice telling us what to do and to be more alert. The pool area: well thats turning into a ghetto; you have these "thugs" around the pool even the lifeguards look like thughs with their pants pulled down, cussing in front of children just awful, all the umbrella's are broken so you have to sit in the hot blazing sun and burn. It seems to me that lately within the past year, management just don't care about the upkeep anymore. I know there's been a lot of different people in the office, a large turnover. Even the maintenance men are rude and disrespectful. So now you be the judge. They are very nice to you when you first come to see about the apartment, but once you get in there ---well they treat you like dirt.

I have lived there for 2 1/2 years now. I haven't had any serious problems. Sometimes maintenance comes when you call sometimes they don't, but they do get it done. The newer staff in the rental office need help. The knowledge is off but I guess in time they will be ok (not all of them but there ae some)I'm more so by the pool, it's quiet I rarely hear my neighbors. For the price I say it's worth it. The only problem is all the wild animals that seems to roam late night but that's anywhere not a community problem. When I first moved in there were alot of auto thefts and people breaking into cars but again not sue if that's a community problem or hoodlums/crackheads in other neighborhoods coming to ours. But lately I have seen more teens hanging out, which use to be rare maybe they'll go away when school starts. The manager sends out notices because there is a no loitering policy....hopefully she'll send it out today, I'm tired of getting high before I get into my unit. But once again, it's not a bad area at all. No where is perfect. Have a wonderful day.

Been there for about a year, and it a great community. quiet affordable, right down the street from the boulavard and not far from grocery stores. no place is perfect though, and the appliances, like the stove and fridge are old and have issue nothing big though. no bugs no rodents - they do yearly exterminations. walls are paper thin, so if u have ignorant neighbors u'll hear every line in the movie thier watching. there are kids in the complex so u'll smell weed seeping through the front door not very often, but it does happen......basically move in. for the money u wont find to much better in this area
