I am a new resident, and am surprised at the comments I've read here. The staff is not really ghetto, but very friendly and from what I have seen, they have to deal with all the ghetto people trying to get up in here who get mad cause they are denied. I have seen several nasty confrontations when I came in to do my paperwork from angry applicants who were denied for whatever reason and feel sorry for the staff who have to put up with that crap. You all know who you are that can't get in, just leave it alone and take your a$$ back to the hood. As for the process time, I was completed in 4 days and was called back immediately so for those who say it is too long, you must have a lot of issues going on. One thing I kept in mind that they told me is that everything depends on how soon they receive the info back from ME. LOVING IT

I do think that the staff is a little slow. I went to the rental office to ask if I could be shown a model apartment and their response was, " We won't have any available until November." It is November! I'm very upset with that because it is a beautiful neighborhood.

Your the one that sounds ghetto. Maybe thats why you feel right at home there. I can tell that you havn't lived anywhere nice before. I hate to see what kind of people you have been dealing with to say that these unpfofessional nasty customer service reps. are nice.

I wrote a comment to little miss jpossible, but i do not see it on here. well just in case it is not here, let me just sum up what i said to her at first...... GOD gave you that apartment and HE sure will take it from you....so dont think that you are that good that you got this apartment on your own. because you did not..... god bless you in your place...and go back to the ghetto if you think you got it nice there........obviously you are not use to anything nice because of the way you are talking, it sounds just like you came from the ghetto........all i can say is GOD bless you and if i were you,i would not be downing others just because they did not get in as you did....maybe they told the truth and you lied and this is why you are there......liars will have their day as well...........good luck....msbhonest
