I am a resident of Overland Garden Apartments and this had been the worst experience ever. First of all the staff I have to agree is very unprofessional. Not to mention the office is very unorganized. I do understand that the complex is still under construction but that doesn't not excuse the fact of the books being unbalance. You wouldn't believe I have received two notices on my door regarding a balance due. When in fact I have paid certified check reciepts for every months since I've been here. I even came home one day to find a EVICTION summons on my door. Mr James Greene was suppose to have a meeting with me to resolve my account but I never heard from him. On top of all of that my water bill is excessively high. (but water is always running all down the street throughout the complex) I went to the leasing office to find out where my water meter was for my own benefit to be able to control my usage the Manager told me that the meter readings are wireless and the meter is locked in a door in my apartment. I've contacted maintenance several times and still have never heard from them. We usually receive tenant notices once a week most of the time the issues they claim are going to be addressed never happens. I've even received notices from the "leasing manager" yes "leasing manger" with spelling and grammar errors. Overland Garden APARTMENTS are nice but they do need to hire a new staff. Glad to hear another resident response. James Greene has responded to every concern I have had and I am pleased with my experience with him although I do think maintenance can get a little better. I am wondering about your comment regarding spelling and grammar issues? Your post is barely legible and their are grammar errors EVERYWHERE! Maybe you recieved a notice and did not understand what they were saying as you are obviously literate challenged.

Hmm, sounds like "anonymouslyyours" is either James Greene himself or someone else in management. What tenant would take another resident's comment about management staff so personally? It's cute how you began the comment with "glad to hear another resident response" to try and hide who you are. However, you came off a bit too bitter to be simply "another resident". I also find it funny that you criticize the other tenant's grammar, and yet you have made serveral mistakes yourself. For example, you used the wrong form of the word there. T-h-e-i-r shows ownership, as in "Attempts to hide their true identity failed miserably". Can't wait to meet you in person Mr. Greene. I'm sure it will be a hoot!
