They are way to slow with getting people into there property the staff there is so ghetto it's a shame. I have been waiting since August to get an apartmetn still no word yet nobody has called me back at all. I want to get into these apartments cause they are new but they need to get with the program really.

The funny thing with this site is people use it as a outlet to complain. I can guarantee you can look up any complex on here and you will see a rack of bad comments. This isnt no difference than anywhere else. With that said I am through writing for tonight. I moved in, its working for me, Im happy, period. Give it a shot, its a brand new complex ad I see they are ironing out the wrinkles. you cant beat the price in the area for something worth the while to live in.

Hey coolcatz, Thanks for the positive words of encouragement. I'm considering moving to this complex and have the same outlook as you. I needed something safe, clean, and affordable for myself and my daughter. I don't plan on living there forever, but definitely the next couple of years. I've already had my credit checked and filled out the paperwork to have my info verified. Are there any other steps that will follow? By the way, the staff has been extremely nice and supportive throughout the process, thus far.

They are still under construction. I was told it was going to be in the back behind the daycare center.
