I went through the very lenghty process just to find out I was denied because I made too much money. Not possible. I think I know my income. I turned in everything and Suze miscalculated my income. I went so far as to bring in my W2 and paystubs and still the same answer. It was like talking to a brick wall. Apparently others have had the same problem. We'll see what happens.

So,lets get this straight, you don't recommend this community because YOU were DENIED?? Life goes on people! Can we get some residents whose opinions matter on here?

It must be a default or I didn't see the button for recommend or not. Sure,I'd recommend it if I applied for a place to live there. I just don't agree with their processing. If you look you'll see it has ratings about safety, parking and maint. I don't live there so I don't have an opinion about that either. My gripe is about the office being inefficient.

I live here and love it wouldn't trade it for the world, if you don't like it move on somewhere else. get a house, buy a farm do something stop takin it out on the office, and i'm about to put up a post on tax credit properties so people know what it means and get over it

i think that would be a good idea for people to do their research on tax credit properties as well, they spend so much time and energy bashing everyone how about they GOOGLE= TAX CREDIT
